Junaid Riaz is the founder of FT Consulting and hold the associate membership of professional accounting body namely Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan. He has been providing tax and accounting services to individual and business clients for over ten years. While highly skilled in the fields of tax and accounting, his greatest interest is in getting to know his clients and in helping to bring success to the businesses in which they are involved. Mr. Junaid cares about his clients’ problems and their concerns become his concerns. He thrives on finding successful solutions to the myriad of challenges which clients have presented to him. Staying abreast of the latest law and accounting trends enables Mr. Junaid to provide top notch advice to clients. He has become a trusted advisor to his clients in the truest sense of the word. Prior to starting the firm, Junaid began his career at another international firm namely Baker Tilley International. Junaid specializes in tax and consulting services and has worked with a variety of industries including construction, real estate development, hospitality, retail, and not-for-profits and a variety of taxable entities in addition to individuals such as corporations, pass-through entities, not-for-profits, and trusts. Client satisfaction is a key driver for Junaid. Providing a high-quality, personable service with a down-to-earth, problem-solving approach maximizing tax efficiencies has enabled Junaid to enjoy lasting relationships with his clients and a strong referral business.

• Research analyze and interpret tax legislation; worked with tax laws and revenue provisions

Hammad Iftikhar is founding member of FT Consulting. He is a post graduated from a reputable university in Pakistan and finalist of ICMA Pakistan. He has overall 6 years experience of corporate secretariat and audit. Before the FT Consulting he was worked with different company’s corporate secretariat as well as audit department. As a head of corporate secretariat and audit department of Ft consulting he is responsible to ensures that Ft consulting clients are properly compiling with relevant applicable laws and regulation related to corporate laws as well international auditing standard. He also regularly reviews firms clients financial records to verify the audit related issue.
Major responsibilities of Hammad in firm are:
• Registration of Company/Partnership and SMC with regulatory authority.
• Registration on Trust and NGOs with concern department.
• Winding up and de-registration of running business.
• Handling matters related to shares transfer and allotment.
• Expert in Initial Public offering (IPO).
• Filling of annual return of Secp.
• Compliance of all other corporate related laws applicable to Pakistan
• Conduction of annual audit of Ft consulting clients according to international auditing standard.
• Close work and review clients internal audit working .

Malik Asif Iqbal is actually having a strong legal background family wise, there are more than 25 lawyers including his elder brother as well as his late father was well reputed expert in Labor Laws and Land Revenue Laws in Pakistan.
Malik Asif Iqbal has done MBA in banking and finance and LLB with specialization of tax laws, he has a strong grip on tax laws, company laws, immigration laws, banking laws, insurance claims and anti money laundering laws. He is giving his legal expertise to many famous multinational institutions.

Nadeem Khan working as manager finance at financial tax consulting. He completed his master degree in business administration from university of Peshawar. Mr. Nadeem specializes in IFRS and other accounts related laws and regulations and has worked with variety of industries including FMCG, Investments companies, and NGos. Mr. Nadeemhas a wide range of experience in business and accountancy advisory and enjoys helping clients to grow their businesses and ensuring that they meet their accounts related obligations.
1- Preparation of annual financial statement of clients according to IFRS standards.
2- Work with firm audit team to sort the accounts related issues of clients
3- Provide the base of accounts to tax department for calculation of annual and monthly taxes
4- Preparation and analysis of the cash flow statements and report to client management about their liquid assets.
5- Preparing KPI’s reports for clients and advising on relevant improvements
6- Preparation of monthly management accounts for FT Consulting
7- Passing month-end journals for accruals and prepayments
8- Maintaining receivables and payables for FT Consulting

Rashid Sultan is a senior member of FT Consulting. He is a post graduated from a reputable university in Pakistan and finalist of CMA (USA). He has overall 8 years rich experience in accounting and advisory. Before joining the FT Consulting he was worked with different multinational companies in UAE. As a head of accounts and advisory department of Ft consulting. Mr. Sultan is responsible to ensures that Ft consulting clients are properly compiling with relevant applicable laws and regulation related to IFRS and Gap as well as give top level advisory about the corporate matters. He also regularly reviews firm’s client’s financial records to identify the mistakes and make corrections for the submission of financials of clients to regulatory authorities.

Major responsibilities of Rashid in firm are:
• Maintaining the accounts records of clients.
• Implementation of accounting software
• Advisory about corporate matters of clients.
• Shifting client’s manual accounts departments to electronic form.
• Preparing the Sops of companies.
• Dealing with chamber of commerce.
• Provide the advisory about process of flow of each department of company.
